Before 2022, I had never experienced sleep paralysis, but now, sleep paralysis has become a very normal occurrence happening once every two months. Sometimes it is nothing, I am awake for a second and I doze right back off, but other times it is downright frightening. But what is sleep paralysis? Why does it happen? Is it a spiritual experience, or just something that happens when you are overly tired?

Y'all, this episode was a hot mess. Daniel and I are on the struggle bus, but we said we were going to give you a Monday episode, and we are GOING to give you a new episode Monday!!
