That's why Murmur is building something new. Most SaaS applications replace or automate a task that people are already doing. We're thinking bigger—and trying to do two things at once: 1) provide a system of record for working agreements (the tool) AND 2) change the way teams make working agreements in the first place (the method). When changing both a tool and a technique simultaneously, there’s going to be a steep learning curve.
