 How does your team work? If you're part of a team that makes and keeps transparent agreements about your way of working, you know how valuable this practice is. But, it isn't easy. That's why Murmur is building something new. Most SaaS applications replace or automate a task that people are already doing. We're thinking bigger—and trying to do two things at once: 1) provide a system of record for working agreements (the tool) AND 2) change the way teams make working agreements in the first place (the method). When changing both a tool and a technique simultaneously, there’s going to be a steep learning curve. But, we know that understanding a few fundamental concepts can make the climb a lot more enjoyable. So, in this first episode of Rough Draft: Agreements That Make or Break Teams, we’ll explore the fundamental concepts that make healthy working agreements possible.
