• Ep.64 | Love Your Enemy: From War to Healing (with Russell Holloway)
    Dec 21 2025

⚡️ Today I sit down with my friend, therapist and Gulf War veteran Russell Holloway.
❤️ In this episode I open up about my own past anger and the idea of “moral injury,” and Russell shares how he went from combat to counseling—and why he’s launching Love Rewrites History to push a National Day to “love your enemy.”

We get into the survival brain (and why rehearsal changes behavior), simple ways to drop from fight-or-flight to calm, and what forgiveness can look like without abandoning your boundaries.

In this episode I share a moment that changed how I respond when I feel triggered and the one question I ask myself before I react.

This episode is for you when you’re carrying old stories, trying to break a pattern, or need a practical way back to center. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.62 | You Are the Value: 3 Levels of Real Change
    Dec 21 2025

In this episode I share a quick story about my brother Jeff, a moment on a kitchen floor after heavy drinking, and how it turned into a massive wake-up call—not just for him, but for anyone who’s ready to change.

I break down what I call the three levels of change:

    1. You don’t even know you need to change. You’re just doing your thing on autopilot.
    2. You know you should do something different… but you still react the same way.
    3. You hit that same situation again—and this time, you actually choose differently.

You’ll hear how Jeff went from drifting, doubting himself, and hunting for “the right job,” to realizing: he is the value. His experience, his discipline, his story—that’s what employers were responding to.

My goal is that you walk away asking yourself the same question:

“What happens when I start moving through my day like I’m the value in every room I walk into?”

If you’ve ever underestimated yourself, played small in interviews or relationships, or let old patterns run your life, this episode is your reminder to shift that story—starting today.

  • Ep.61 | From Rant to Reset: Why Being Heard Works
    Dec 17 2025

⚡️ Last episode I was hot—raw and in my feelings about that soccer night.
❤️ In this episode I reflect on what shifted a week later: saying it out loud, being heard (not fixed), and how that alone brought me back to center.

In this episode I share the moment I realized I needed a listener, not a solution; how I approached the follow-up conversation; and the simple night routine that helped me wake up calmer. This episode is for you when emotions are running high and you need a grounded way to cool down without stuffing it. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.60 | From “No, Wilson” to “I Got This”: How I Turned Criticism Into Fuel
    Dec 15 2025

⚡️ Ever had someone’s voice get so loud in your head that you stop trusting your own game?

❤️ In this episode, I break down a real moment from a soccer match where a teammate’s constant “No, Wilson… no, Wilson…” slowly tightened me up, killed my confidence, and changed how I played. At the same time, another player had just pulled me aside to tell me how much I’ve leveled up. Two totally different mirrors—same night.

I share how I processed that, where I let it get to me, and how I’m learning to turn criticism into fuel instead of proof that I’m not enough.

This episode is for you if you’ve ever:

    • Let one person’s tone ruin your whole day
    • Questioned yourself after getting mixed feedback
    • Wanted a better way to coach your kids, your partner, your team—or yourself

It takes awareness, practice, and a different kind of self-talk. I’m in it with you. Keep going.

  • Ep.59 | Win the Round: Rethinking “Struggle”
    Dec 2 2025

    ⚡️ Life isn’t one endless fight—it’s rounds.
❤️ In this episode I share a quick perspective shift I had on a hiking trail: stop calling everything a “struggle” and start asking, “What wins this round?” Survive, adjust, throw the right combo—no first-round KO required.

This episode is for you when you need something simple and practical to get momentum back in the next 60 seconds—without overthinking.

  • Ep.58 | Privilege: Why I’m Choosing Gratitude (Even on Hard Days)
    Nov 25 2025

When life feels heavy, I come back to one word: privilege.
In this episode, I talk about the practice that keeps me centered—three wins, three gratitudes—and how “privilege” reframes relationships, work, and the days that feel mid. This episode is for you when you need a quiet reset that doesn’t depend on motivation. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.55 | Belonging, Apologies & The Roles We Play (w/ Jon Mercer, Pt. 2)
    Nov 23 2025

We grew up together… and we finally said the quiet parts out loud.
In this episode, I ask Jon about the years we spent chasing acceptance, the labels that stick (“annoying,” outsider), and the two moments that almost broke our friendship—then what it took to repair it. We get into why we chase certain groups, the identity cost of performing a role that isn’t ours, and how a simple FaceTime at our high-school reunion changed everything. Jon also shares a major life regret (football vs. track), a neck injury that reshaped his path, and the work he’s doing now to care for his mental health and rebuild structure.

This episode is for you when you’re rewriting old stories about who you had to be—and you’re ready to choose who you are. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.56 | Love Without Enabling: Faith, Boundaries & Starting Anyway (w/ Kay)
    Nov 18 2025

What does love look like when “help” stops helping?

In this episode, I sit with Kay to talk about loving a sister through addiction without enabling, losing her mom, holding the family together while her dad battled staph infections and surgeries, and how faith shifted from religion to a real relationship with God. We also get into the mental load of motherhood, missing grown kids who live far, and the business she wishes she’d started sooner—but started anyway.

This episode is for you when you’re choosing boundaries over burnout, and you need permission to begin—late, messy, and real. ⚡️❤️
