About this listen

In this episode I share a quick story about my brother Jeff, a moment on a kitchen floor after heavy drinking, and how it turned into a massive wake-up call—not just for him, but for anyone who’s ready to change.

I break down what I call the three levels of change:

  1. You don’t even know you need to change. You’re just doing your thing on autopilot.
  2. You know you should do something different… but you still react the same way.
  3. You hit that same situation again—and this time, you actually choose differently.

You’ll hear how Jeff went from drifting, doubting himself, and hunting for “the right job,” to realizing: he is the value. His experience, his discipline, his story—that’s what employers were responding to.

My goal is that you walk away asking yourself the same question:

“What happens when I start moving through my day like I’m the value in every room I walk into?”

If you’ve ever underestimated yourself, played small in interviews or relationships, or let old patterns run your life, this episode is your reminder to shift that story—starting today.
