The weeks are flying by, but the Summer has officially started. After busy weeks at work, the boys are knackered. Will they find a second wind for tonight's recording?

The Summer will be busy. The boys discuss their future bookings, MARM's vow to break his parkrun PB and a critique of their current running form.

Phil joins the boys for a game of Goldy on the Guitar with skills only in 1980's gameshows. Andy however has none of these in his back pocket tonight. Will Phil be the first guest to fail??

The Race Ladder adds the Northbrook 10K to it's ranks and Andy goes through another bursting mail bag.

The series is flying by and Andy and Tim are hurtling through their race schedules. This week Tim turns up to a parkrun that never was, Andy's legs go missing in the Black Country and the hills are most certainly alive in Droitwich.

The Heat is On. Tim and Andy get together only a few short hours from their last meeting at the 600th birthday or Andy’s beloved parkrun.

On top of that, the boys discuss “HOT sleeping”, Ice Creams and Glastonbury.

Carina leaves a house party to play “Goldy on the Guitar” and the Race Ladder includes the scoreboard for Tim’s first Fun Run.

Andy looks back with nostalgia at The Black Country Half Marathon, ahead of his second attempt next week, whilst the Zero Alcohol Beer Tasting Tests show no signs of abating.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's episode 5!! With MARMCAST showing no signs of wilting in the white heat of the podcast charts, Tim and Andy get together to discuss Home Working, Paddling Pools and Rotten Salads, really tying together the delirium of Summer.

The boys are joined this week by Ted, otherwise known as Youtuber "Ted Offroad", who has thankfully put an end to any unwitting online ghosting and enters nervously into a round of "Goldy on the Guitar".

Tim and Andy go through the week that was, which includes Andy eulogising about a lake "he grew up in" and Tim's capitulation in Leamington. This week the zero alcohol beer of choice has fallen out of uniformity. Will Andy's Aldi own brand triumph over Tim's Ghost Ship?? All of these questions will be resolved in this weeks' customary 1 hour and 16 mins.

Podiatrist "Dr Ian" limps through Goldy on the Guitar and provides reassurance about shoe addiction. Meanwhile Tim and Andy go through the week that was: The Midnight Marathon and The Two Castles Run. All delivered over a pint of Lucky Saint, as Tim navigates Andy through the world of Alcohol Free beer.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 3!! Having gone live this week Tim and Andy are delighted to discover they are the Number 1 UK Running Podcast in the charts. Or they might not be. Either way, the wheels have fallen off already. Tim has forgotten to book a guest, Andy has learnt the wrong melodies and due to a technical issue, the email address for the podcast is doomed.

Andy and Tim still take a bit of time to look forward to their races this weekend, make some prank calls and listen to the music of the fabulous Glen Clark.
