And Andy is... still ill. It's quite a saga, but he's fresh from the excitement of supporting wife Claire at the Worcester City Run and that will have to do in the absence of any runs himself.

This week we chat the Andy Raynor, Youtube's FOD Runner, a legend of a runner who is creeping towards 10,000,000 views since beginning his channel on a whim. A hugely talented runner and reviewer, it's great to have Andy to chat whilst he unloads his dishwasher.

And we also welcome Mike Duffy from the Chasing the Finish Podcast to play Goldy on the Guitar, exposing Andy as being stuck in the 80's.

MARM discusses his recent relay antics and the usual music contributions, this time coming from the heavy metaller Gary Hubbs with "Fandango".

Andy is still ill!! And h'es taken the painful decision to avoid being centre of attention at Worcester this weekend. MARM is taking part in his first relay event, and has some explaining to do after his phantom injury didn't ruin his Kenilworth Half Marathon.

Joining the pod this week is runner Andre Runz, who talks about his running journey, passing MARM on a canal and winning a place in the New York City Marathon!!

The boys face up to the fact that The Listeners Choice award at the O2 has slipped through their fingers and with it the chance to meet Raworth. There's always next year.

There has been another forced hiatus for MARMCAST last week, with Andy ill and MARM injured... Which means that a guest appearance at Telford Parkrun is going to have to be rainchecked.

This means apologies are in order and a phonecall to Telford Harrier, Laura, is in order. After a failed attempt to get her to play "Goldy on the Guitar" (she played 4 weeks ago) a phone call to Freddy is in order.

Freddy's Youtube channel "Freddy Runs" is already hugely popular and a 15 min chat to Freddy himself proves why, fresh from his GNR5K success.

A full mailbag, a chat about the Timberhonger 10K, MARM's injury update and some music from Darren Anderson. It's good to be back!
