  • I resented my husband when we first had kids
    Mar 5 2023

We thought this was an important topic to discuss, as it’s one that we would say is the most discussed issue in a crowd of angry, tired and resentful mums. “Who’s more tired?” “Who works harder?” “Who needs a break more?”  Kids are an absolute blessing, they can make you as a person and as a couple, but that’s not to say that they also can’t break you (at points…)
Take a listen to a very open and honest discussion about how relationships change pre and post kids, but how through all the shit you have to go through, you can 100% come out even better and stronger than ever before.

  • How to Keep a Positive Mindset and Turn Your Life Around, with Malin Andersson
    Feb 16 2023

This episode was a real eye opener for us. We were so grateful to chat with the amazing Malin Andersson, all about her journey since losing her child and mother in such a short space of time. From hitting rock bottom and what helped her find herself again, after such trauma in her life. She discusses how to find and follow a new path, regain a positive outlook on the world, find body confidence, find the real you and how spirituality opened up her eyes and led her to become who she is today .  Her outlook on life and her passion for motivational speaking and how she turned her life around, is truly inspirational.

We hope you enjoy and gain a little something from this episode, because we certainly did. xxx

  • Is there a right or wrong way to parent?
    Jan 31 2023

The ever debatable question… nature or nurture? Or maybe a bit of both?! We honestly feel there  is such an immense amount of pressure on mums nowadays, mainly due to outside influences such as social media. All the various different methods of parenting that we “should” be implementing, are constantly rammed down our throats. And whilst 100% at times, scrolling through TikTok and coming across parenting tips can be helpful, or even seeing another parent going through similar struggles as you, can being reassuring, this episode is all about how we grew up during “the simpler” life… how we cope and handle meltdowns and our personal views on navigating our way through modern day parenting.

  • Finding your tribe
    Jan 20 2023

True friendship is hard to come by. The kind that sticks with you through thick and thin, through the worst parts of you, to the best. These friends can be with you from childhood, or even enter your life when you least expect it. No matter how and no matter where, these bonds are unbreakable.  Becoming a mother and the thought of starting your life all over again can feel very daunting and lonely, but sometimes, it’s these times during your life, when the best friends you’ll ever meet, can enter it and change it forever ♥️

  • Miscarriage with Lacey Turner
    Jan 9 2023

This weeks podcast is an extremely sensitive subject for many women and it isn’t often spoken about. Both Sophie & Lacey suffered multiple miscarriages  before their successful pregnancies and one thing that they had in common was a lack of information surrounding the miscarriages. In this weeks podcast they talk all about their personal experiences and we hope it gives comfort to people who have been in similar situations.
