Exploring nuance, mirror work and triggers as teachers with Caroline Boquist

  • Summary

  • Hey Friends,

We are excited to share this episode with you all. We sat down with the one and only Caroline Boquist. Caroline is the co-founder of Walrus Design Inc. A contemporary lifestyle boutique selling unique products for you, your loved ones and your home. In her professional and personal life, Caroline is the perfect mixture of kindness, curiosity, wisdom, creativity and connection. She is someone who you immediately feel comfortable around and has such a knack for inviting reflection and introspection, which is exactly where this conversation went.

We chatted about mirror work, seeing ourselves and situations for what they really are, and allowing what we see to inform our steps forward. We also spoke about the many changes we have seen in the world from how we engage with one another as peers, parents, and people in general with the rise of hyper-digital connection that is a far cry from human to human interactions.

Caroline weaves her story of through the themes of this conversation, as we learn about her as well as ourselves through her thoughtful responses, observations, and questions.

    Enjoy Friends,
