Welcome back to the Sarah Centrella Show, in today's short coaching episode I'll share my manifesting routine for maximizing the power of the solar eclipse or a new, or full moon. This is similar to a routine I do on January 1st every year, but the energy of the eclipse is so intense and so powerful for manifesting that I can't let this opportunity slip by without helping you make the most of it.

No matter when you listen to this, or what part of the world you are in, you can still do these rituals and exercises to manifest the life you want and let go of what no longer serves you, so fear not! It will still work at any time.

Here are the blog posts I wrote back in 2017 when I experienced a solar eclipse in totality for the first time. How to Manifest with the Solar Eclipse, and Experiencing the Solar Eclipse's Profound Energy.

Here's How to Write Your Life Plan Story. Here's my I AM Board

Here's are the meditations I mentioned in this episode from my absolute favorite meditation guide and energy healer.

New Moon Eclipse Energy Activation and Guided Meditation

Dream Life Activation and Guided Meditation

    Daily Abundance I AM Activation
