  • 10. You’re Allowed to Receive: Why Alignment Requires Openness, Not Just Action
    Sep 4 2025

What if alignment wasn’t just about what you do…but what you allow?

In this episode of Designed for More, Julie invites you into the feminine art of receiving — from yourself, from others, from life itself. This isn’t about striving harder or proving your worth. It’s about softening the clenched fists, opening the heart, and remembering that you were designed to be resourced.

What you’ll hear in this episode:

    • Why receiving feels unsafe for so many of us — and how conditioning has shaped that story
    • The feminine principle of receptivity and how it balances the masculine drive to do and achieve
    • How each Human Design type can struggle with (and reclaim) their ability to receive
    • Personal stories from Julie about learning to soften into support in marriage, motherhood, women’s circles, and business
    • Practices and a guided visualization to help you embody receptivity in your daily life

    Reflection Questions for Integration:

    1. Where in your life do you find it easier to give than to receive?
    2. What story do you carry about what it means to ask for or accept support?
    3. How does your body respond when you say to yourself, “I am safe to receive”?
    4. What small moment of receiving can you allow today — without deflecting or earning it first?
    5. Where do you long to soften, but habitually brace or control?

✨ This episode isn’t just teaching — it’s a felt invitation. May it remind you that you don’t have to hold it all. You don’t have to do it all. You were designed to receive.

  • 9. What’s Blocking Your Alignment Isn’t You
    Aug 26 2025

What if the reason you feel stuck, drained, or off-track isn’t because you’re broken — but because you’ve been carrying stories that were never yours?

In this episode of Designed for More, we explore the heart of Human Design: deconditioning. What you’ll hear in this episode:

    • What deconditioning really means in Human Design
    • Why “what’s blocking you” is never your design — it’s the conditioning you’ve absorbed
    • Tangible examples of how conditioning shows up for each energy type
    • Practices to begin releasing stories that aren’t yours
    • A short closing visualization to reconnect with your flame

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself. And once you see what’s been weighing you down, you can begin to let it go — and come home to the freedom and alignment you were designed for.

Whether you’re a Generator, MG, Manifestor, Projector, or Reflector, this conversation will help you spot where conditioning might be running the show…and remind you that the blocks in your way are not who you are.

    Reflection Questions (for integration):

    1. Where in your life are you overriding your natural responses because of “shoulds” or fear of judgment?
    2. What beliefs feel heavy in your body — and might actually belong to someone else?
    3. Can you remember a time you thought you were the problem, but it was really conditioning?
    4. How does your body tell you the difference between truth and conditioning?
    5. If you peeled back one layer of conditioning this week, what might become possible?

✨ Let these spark journaling, inner reflection, or even a conversation with someone who knows your journey.

  • 8. Frustration, Bitterness, Anger & Disappointment: What They’re Really Telling You
    Aug 19 2025

In this episode, we step into the emotional and energetic landscape of Human Design — the not-self themes that show up when we’re out of alignment.

    Frustration. Bitterness. Anger. Disappointment.

These emotions aren’t flaws or failures — they’re sacred signals designed to guide us back to truth.

    Together we’ll explore:

    • Why each type experiences a different “signal” when misaligned
    • How to recognize the difference between shame and sacred feedback
    • Personal stories of how these signals show up in family and relationships
    • Reflection questions for each type to help you integrate what you’re feeling

Reflection prompts to take with you:

    • Generator / MG: “When I feel frustrated, where am I saying yes when my gut is really saying no?”
    • Projector: “Where in my life am I giving my energy without recognition?”
    • Manifestor: “What part of me feels blocked or silenced right now? What truth needs to be spoken to clear the way for my peace?”
    • Reflector: “Where in my environment am I noticing letdowns or flatness? What changes could I make to create more surprise and delight?”

Because your not-self theme isn’t proof you’re broken — it’s proof your body is speaking. And when we learn to listen, we find our way home.
