About this listen

In this episode, we step into the emotional and energetic landscape of Human Design — the not-self themes that show up when we’re out of alignment.

Frustration. Bitterness. Anger. Disappointment.

These emotions aren’t flaws or failures — they’re sacred signals designed to guide us back to truth.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Why each type experiences a different “signal” when misaligned
  • How to recognize the difference between shame and sacred feedback
  • Personal stories of how these signals show up in family and relationships
  • Reflection questions for each type to help you integrate what you’re feeling

Reflection prompts to take with you:

  • Generator / MG: “When I feel frustrated, where am I saying yes when my gut is really saying no?”
  • Projector: “Where in my life am I giving my energy without recognition?”
  • Manifestor: “What part of me feels blocked or silenced right now? What truth needs to be spoken to clear the way for my peace?”
  • Reflector: “Where in my environment am I noticing letdowns or flatness? What changes could I make to create more surprise and delight?”

Because your not-self theme isn’t proof you’re broken — it’s proof your body is speaking. And when we learn to listen, we find our way home.
