Dave's introduction to emotional intelligence came in 2016 when he attended a three-day Emotional Mastery Retreat delivered by Sanjay Shah in Kenilworth in the UK.

Since attending that event, Dave has continued to work with Sanjay and now co-delivers the event and also coaches and trains for Sanjay in his emotional intelligence teachings and techniques.

His work with Sanjay led Dave to explore firewalking and breathwork and their connection with emotional intelligence.

Dave is now a certified master firewalk instructor and, through his onebreath website, offers guided meditations and breathworks.
