    When your habits, home life, and actions don’t line up, you feel it.


    That’s not laziness. That’s misalignment.

    “If your onboarding doesn’t challenge people, it won’t change people. And if it doesn’t change them, your culture doesn’t grow.”


    Simple.


    Clear.


    True.
