*Trigger Warning* Miscarriage, Loss and Infertility
🎙Tune in to todays episode where we’re kicking off Part 1 of a special 3-part series all about Perinatal mental health and if that term’s new to you, don’t worry, we’ll break it down.
Perinatal refers to the time from conception, through pregnancy, birth, and into the first year of a baby’s life. It’s a period full of change physically, emotionally, and mentally and it can bring up a whole range of experiences, some joyful and some really tough.
Joining me for this series is the brilliant Kezia, a psychotherapist who specialises in working with people during this exact stage of life. In this first episode, we’re talking about what you might experience mentally and emotionally from the early days of pregnancy through to birth and what kind of support is out there if you’re struggling.
Whether you're pregnant, trying to conceive, or supporting someone who is this series is here to inform, support, and remind you that you're not alone.
