If you are anything like me, I'm guilty of holding on to pain or past trauma, so I wanted to touch on the topic of Forgiveness.

Now, Forgiveness can operate different things to different people, but it's genuinely up to you to decide to let go! Let go of resentment or the thought of revenge.
