Great read!!, real and raw

Jake Maddock has written a great, insightful, and practical guide on how to build a strong and fulfilling relationship. The book emphasises the importance of introspection and personal growth in order to avoid repeating mistakes from past relationships.

Structured around the concept of the five pillars of a successful relationship—masculine and feminine energy, attraction, courtship, communication, and intimacy—the book serves as a wake-up call to recognise my own weaknesses as a partner and work my way towards personal improvement. Communication is especially highlighted as it plays a vital role in building a lasting and satisfying relationship, it’s helped me gain a deeper understanding of my partner's needs and desires while developing a stronger emotional connection that I never thought possible.

The book presents effective strategies and principles that are easy to follow. As I was reading, I found myself applying the tools in my relationship, and this has lead to my partner wanting to touch me more often.

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their relationships and grow both personally and romantically.
