All I wanted was an audio CD

I have been sent this Audible link to my work computer which does not have the software to play it. So I have tried copying, sending elsewhere etc etc. I have had HOURS of stress and have not heard a SINGLE WORD of any audio book. This virtual audio book is like something that doesn't really exist. Nowhere on the ad did it say it would be sent that way. They asked for my physical address so I assumed they would be posting a CD. And I can't even complain because there's no address to complain to. This is a terrible waste of money for a non-profit organisation that's just trying to help people.
