The subject feels more authentic when the author reads the book. I feel like they are adding helpful tips along the way or little extras - whether they are or not.

I was given this book in paper form and was struggling to take it all in so I downloaded the audible version. I have found following along with the paper book and listening at the same I've been able to take it all in, I'm excited to start and I've also convinced my husband to join me. After years of yoyo dieting I'm looking forward to putting all the advise into action. I'm so glad that I downloaded the audio vision, it has given me a better understanding.

I’ve read and enjoyed all of Mosley’s books and this one was no exception. There wasn’t anything particularly revolutionary in this book; if you’ve read Fast 800 and understand the basic components of a keto diet, you can probably guess everything that this book contains. Nonetheless it was a good read—succinct and engaging from start-to-finish.
