Sweetest Palmer hero thus far

Bernadette resides herself to her quiet repetitious life as a paralegal who spends her nights at home due to debilitating rhumetoid arthritis. Mikey is a NJ crime boss being protected by the Feds for information he knows. Texas Proud is a story of two tender people who may seem like unlikely lovers, but all they need is a meet-cute for the stars to align. Lots of repeat characters and Palmer hallmarks, but the best yet as this heroine is treated like a lady by our hero from beginning to end. Swoon!
