DO NOT BUY!!!

There is a group of money makers here on audible that are copying the works of authors and then adding a bunch of fake reviews to increase ranking and sales. This is one of those books. You can tell because all the reviewers posted reviews on similar books. Click on the reviewer's name and you'll see a list of books they reviewed and how they are all the same.

Many times the reviews are copied from other books or they are written in non-native English like some of the examples here

"This audio-book extremely extraordinary"

"This is so great book and I so love on how it was written"

"This book useful tips and tricks which i found very helpful"

All these reviews seem to be written by the same person.

If you see such books, copy and paste this review and report to audible, so they can remove these hucksters from the platform so it's easier to find real books by real authors

Wow! I didn't know I did that!

As an engineer, I wanted to read faster but had become bogged down with my need to comprehend every word. I also did not realize that I was vocalizing every word. I can't wait to read my next book.

Distracting

I find it incredibly hard to believe that the author would published a book (about reading) with so many grammatical errors. I spent more time trying to decipher the grammar than I did learning about speed reading. The performance was awful. it sounds like he's reading a paper he wrote for a project, and is now nervously reading it in front of the class.
im sure the book is actually good, but this audio version is bad. like bad bad. its doesn't get better from the sample.

Become a speed reader now

After the purchase of my audible I have been doing a lot more reading. I have always been a slow reader and I've listen a few articles on speed reading but the idea of it was always hard for me to grasp. But seeing this book on the subject I thought I'd give it another chance and I am glad I did.

Improved Enjoyment and Comprehension

I’ve read 150 WPM my whole life with variable comprehension. I’ve tried speed reading courses but lost speed. I love the right brain concept and, though it has not increased my speed, it has improved my enjoyment and comprehension. I intend to practice daily.

Helped me gain more out of readings

Excellent book on building good reading habits. All good ideas to get more from your reading. So he teaches how get the ideas from each phrase , para and chapter. Not necessarily reading fast but reading for a deeper comprehension. Speed comes as a biproduct.

Easy and Comfortable.

I had been looking for a good audio Spanish language podcast and found this to be exactly what I needed! I started with the Intermediate lessons, but the conversation is a bit to fast for my level, so back to the beginning! Great way to pick up the proper accent, and learning is sound and intuitive. Lots of fun. Highly recommend.

The Best Yet.

I took Spanish over 50 years ago and the emphasis was never on conversation but on training us to read the classics. And I live in Texas now, which used to be part of Mexico, so Spanish comes in handy. I now review previous lessons at twice the original speed and am really making progress. I will certainly but the intermediate version when I am through with this. And that will be awhile because I'm learning more than listen a menu.
