"Deceptive - don't buy if you've already read"
What would have made Free Fall better?

I thought this was a short prelude to the book - which I did read and enjoyed. However, it's simply the first 20 or so pages of the book. Essentially a movie trailer. This is described as something that was written in addition to the book.

Has Free Fall turned you off from other books in this genre?

    Great reader

    "Great 34 minute short story"

The price to Audible members is 65¢. Brad Thor, writer of the great Scott Harvath series, is one of my top 5 favorite espionage thriller authors. Free Fall, Book 11.5 on the series, is a nice prelude to to Book 12, Hidden Order. Armand Schultz narrates superbly.

Everything in this short story is in the first chapter of hidden order. Go straight to the book.

    "DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!!!!"
    Any additional comments?

This is NOT a book! It's a chapter sold for the price of a book! It seems to be to be nothing more than a money grab - this SHOULD be a free chapter to entice you to buy the book, but they sell it to you for the price of a whole book.

    "Rip off!"

Is this a preview of how Kindle does business in the future? Is this a sample of the "new kindle"?
One chapter books for which the customer is charged full price. I want my one credit back. I did not get good value for my money. This is nothing more than a preview which should be free. Do I need to look for another source for my audio books? Do you really want to lose my business?

    "Good prelude, reader somewhat dull."

Great prelude story that set up the book "Hidden Order" quite well. The narrator was dull and lacked interest in the read. He did try and create the atmosphere, but just fell short.
