Truly life changing!!!

This was absolutely life changing! I have been listing to Aggie’s podcast for a while but this book is next level!

I have been so lost lately with what to eat and how to workout, I’ve been following the modern diets and exercise routine but nothing has been feeling right lately. I started following the bulletproof diet approach and have already started to see results but I know it still isn’t quite the right fit and biohacking seems so intimidating.

I have been waiting for this book since she teased the launched and it didn’t disappoint!!!!!

Aggie so funny and relatableI and everything she says just makes sense! The steps are super easy to understand and start implementing immediately. I have to paper copy as well to bookmark the most important pages and I swear the whole book is marked. Hahah

10/10 Amazing!
