I'm going to break down exactly why job search rejection can be so soul-crushing, what you can do to manage the emotional side, and those actionable steps to improve your chances and stay in the game.

• Personalization: It's easy to feel that a rejection is a judgment of YOU, not just your skills or fit for the specific job.

• Keywords are King: Your resume and cover letter must align with the job posting's lingo – they use software to scan these.
• Networking Power: It sounds old school, but real human connections matter. LinkedIn, professional groups, even informational interviews.
• The Skills Upgrade: Be honest – is there some training, software, or a relevant skill you could build to boost your appeal?
