beautiful stories. insight. empathy 👌

really good. some made me cry. great storytelling. some of the background noises in the first episode especially were distracting but enhanced the story telling in other episodes. so valuable to get a real insight into others experiences in often challenging ways they are experiencing their lives and how they have reflected on their experience since. it's really showing the shared human experience even though we all walk such different paths, figuring life out, making the best of what we have. my fav was the lady dr in Afghanistan.

Interesting stories...but

interesting stories lost through over production and unnecessary sound effects. At times it was almost hard to follow over the sound of footsteps or creaky doors.

A variety of genuine stories

I enjoyed the authenticity of this book. There's a variety of different stories that are bound to relate to you in some way. Also, there's sound effects over top of the narrative that adds to the suspense/drama/emotion of the story

sound effects are unneccessary.

I generally enjoyed this podcast. I did find the sound effects unneccessary and sometimes distorted the narrator.

beautiful stories in a poorly told manner

Beautiful stories but shame about the sensationalism, sound effects etc.
Also, the stories are sometimes a bit chaotic and out of order

It was ok.

I felt like stories lacked impact. The build up and life changing experience didn't really 'wow' me. People spoke well however, and there were probably 2 stories that I really enjoyed.

interesting

I really enjoy hearing other people's life stories, I'm not so alone in my own crazy, sad, weird life.
I gave it four stars for an overall score because I didn't enjoy all the background sounds/ noises.

Stories were interesting but noises drove me nuts

Some of the stories were interesting although no theme or relationships between them. Background noises were really irritating.
