Baudin & Dixon

The Cheyenne Police Department doesn't handle many murders. So when a woman is found mutilated and crucified, detective Kyle Dixon catches a case where all the evidence has long since been destroyed. Any detective would find it a difficult investigation, but to make matters worse, Dixon is paired with Ethan Baudin: a new detective in the unit who doesn't believe the law should apply to those that chase monsters. They find that the murder is connected to a rash of fraternity rapes and the case becomes highly publicized and politically charged. 

The horrific murders of two prostitutes shock even the most hardened detectives of the Cheyenne Police Department. With the knowledge that karmic justice will eventually catch up to everyone, Detective Ethan Baudin and Kyle Dixon take the case. Still reeling from the murder of his wife's lover, Detective Dixon is descending into a world of alcoholism and depression. Baudin can do little to help him, and struggles to keep his partner on the straight path while pursuing the man he holds responsible for the darkness enveloping his city: the district attorney, Mike Sandoval.

Ethan Baudin abandoned police work in the midst of corruption and cover up at the Cheyenne PD. Now living in Venice, California, he thinks that life is gone forever. Then his old partner, Kyle Dixon, now chief of police, shows up at his doorstep, asking for his help.
