She was found in the local diner. Brutally murdered. Ritually mutilated.
And she won't be the last.
_________________________________________

The sleepy town of Heartsdale, Georgia, is jolted into panic when Sara Linton, paediatrician and medical examiner, finds a woman dead in the local diner.

She has been cut: two deep knife wounds form a lethal cross over her stomach. But it's only once Sara starts to perform the post-mortem that the full extent of the killer's brutality becomes clear.

Police chief Jeffrey Tolliver - Sara's ex-husband - is in charge of the investigation, and when a second victim is found, crucified, only a few days later, both Jeffrey and Sara have to face the fact that themurder wasn't a one-off attack. What they're dealing with is a seasoned sexual predator. A violent serial killer...

overall a great story, well written but I personally didn't care for the narrator. her tone and voice changed multiple times for the same character. quiet infuriating. along with pronouncing the same words 3 or 4 different ways.

good story, sucky narrator

I loved how well written this story is. I did find it a little predictable. But it was very suspenseful, Grafic and kept my attention. The narrator was a little hard to get used to at first, but I blocked out the annoying tone and focused on the story and that got me through.

Great story! Suspenseful, Grafic and Gory. Love it

Probably just not my genre but I though the story was horrible and somewhat predictable. I really did not enjoy this book
