Story
Geronimo (1829 – 1909) was a legendary leader of the Bedonkohe Apache, fiercely opposing Mexican and American encroachments on Apache territory throughout the tumultuous Apache Wars. The name Geronimo was bestowed upon him during a fierce battle with Mexican soldiers. Following a heartbreaking attack in 1858 that claimed the lives of his mother, wife, and three children, Geronimo embarked on a relentless quest for vengeance, leading daring raids against Mexican provinces and later targeting American settlements across Arizona, New Mexico, and western Texas.
