I'm Deevala Miles and my purpose is to help you know you are NOT alone in your struggles, your storm is yours to feel, and to give you the encouragement and tools you need to rise above to find hope, resilience, and JOY to not just survive through life but to thrive. I have endured years of trauma from sexual abuse, addiction riddled family trouble, seven miscarriages in five years, PCOS diagnosis, the loss of a job, and more. Here I will share my story, encouragement, motivation, and the truth of God's promise and purpose to give YOU hope and joy in spite of the storms and grief you face.

Welcome to Beyond the Church Walls Podcast. Life is busy, but God should always remain our number one so we are here to share the word God has for us to share and encourage you along the way. We, Caleb and Deevala Miles, are the youth pastors of Cross Point Church, but we are not just called to do God's work inside the church. We pray you tune in here if you can't make it, but if you are a student 7th - 12th grade, service is at 7 PM Wednesday nights during the school year & Sundays at 9 AM! We pray you are encouraged to know God loves and sees you right where you are and so do we!
