Ant and Dec met on CBBC's Byker Grove and an instant friendship was formed, on and off screen. No stranger to writing, Pattison's newest book is a memoir-meets-self-help title, The Secret to Happy. In it, she bares all with her now trademark honesty, candour and mission towards kindness. We caught up with Vicky Pattison to chat about how she manages her mental health, her break out of both reality TV and her comfort zone, and she told us her most valuable tips from her therapists.

Joining us at Audible Studios is former SAS sergeant Chris Ryan. Ryan enrolled in the British Army at the age of 16, where he then passed selection to join the 22 SAS Regiment under ‘B’ squadron. Ryan spent the next seven years of his life serving around the world on covert and overt operations. Ryan was a key member of the infamous Bravo Two Zero SAS patrol in Iraq during the Gulf War. The patrol was compromised and was forced to head towards Syria on foot. Ryan was the only one of the eight-man team to not be captured or killed.

Button began racing at the age of eight, when his dad bought him his first kart, and he entered Formula 1 in 2000. As with the career of any F1 driver, there are ups and downs due to car issues and failures, but Button was on his way up. In 2009, Button won the Formula 1 World Championship, and at every race along the way, his father was there cheering him on.
