Fearne Cotton is a familiar voice on our radios, becoming the first regular female presenter of the Radio 1 Chart Show, which she hosted alongside Reggie Yates. She has since presented her own Radio 1 show and on Radio 2. Cotton began her own podcast in 2018, titled Happy Place, following the success of her best-selling book, Happy. The podcast shares advice from experts on how to find joy in the everyday and unlock inner happiness.

Joining us at Audible Studios is James Windust, writer, public speaker and model. Windust graduated from UCA Epsom with a degree in fashion management and marketing and within six months of their graduation was named as one of London's 1,000 most influential people by The Evening Standard. Windust is a freelance writer and has written pieces for British GQ, Gay Times, The Independent and many more. As well as being a writer, Windust is also a public speaker and has spoken at events for Tommy Hilfiger and TEDxLondonWomen.

Joining us at Audible is Alastair Campbell, British journalist, broadcaster and former political aide. Campbell's latest book, Living Better, takes an in-depth look at his lifelong battle with depression.

Thurlow was born and raised in Scotland and is a former Miss Edinburgh winner. After attending university in England and leaving with a First, Thurlow worked for four years with the Halo Trust in Explosive Ordnance Disposal: locating, de-arming and removing landmines that put lives and livelihoods at risk in former war zones. Thurlow found the work began to take a toll on her health and took a step back. At which point, she was approached to be a contestant on the reality TV show Love Island.

Joining us from home is post-doctoral research scientist Dr Tim Gregory, whose book Meteorite brings us not just the story of our planet, but the origins of the solar system in a comprehensible form. Dr Tim Gregory grew up in Yorkshire and has always had a fascination with science, mainly space and rocks.

Tyce, born and raised in Edinburgh, attended Oxford University to study English literature. She then completed a law conversion course at City University, going on to work as a criminal barrister for almost 10 years. After having difficulties juggling childcare for her young children alongside her demanding work life, Tyce decided to leave her job as a barrister. Tyce's desire to write was growing stronger as time passed, and with a manuscript or two on the go, she applied for an MA in creative writing at the University of East Anglia.

Born in Dublin, Dolan studied English at Trinity College, followed by a master's in Victorian literature at Oxford. Excerpts of Exciting Times have appeared in The Dublin Review and The Stinging Fly, but the book, which follows protagonist Ava and her relationships with Julian and Edith, can now be read and listened to in full - to great effect!

Joining us at Audible Studios is British political activist Sophie Walker, who was the founding leader of the Women's Equality Party in the United Kingdom. Her book, Five Rules for Rebellion, gives us advice on how to incorporate activism into our lives. Walker has appeared on UK media broadcasts, was listed as one of BBC's '100 Women' and named by The Evening Standard as one of the 'New Suffragettes'.

Hurwitz is a New York Times number one internationally best-selling author of 21 thrillers. His novels have won many literary awards and have been published in 32 languages worldwide. Hurwitz has written screenplays for major studios, including The Book of Henry, and written and produced television for various networks. Hurwitz's talents don't end there: he is also a New York Times best-selling comic book writer, having written the likes of Wolverine for Marvel, and Batman and Penguin for DC.

Goldsmith is mixed-race and was raised in London in the 1950s by a single white mother. Goldsmith was the first female - and only ever woman of colour - to be elected to the University of Leicester students' union. She founded Anona Development Consultancy in 1995, for which she works as an energiser, motivator and strategist in the not-for-profit sector. Goldsmith has worked with more than 100 different groups and organisations over five continents.

Joining us in the Audible Studios is one of our very own: Robin Morgan-Bentley. Robin is a Senior Manager at Audible and now also an author with his debut thriller, The Wreckage. You may also recognise his voice as the interviewer on some Audible Sessions. Robin has worked for Audible since 2014, and whilst he loves being part of the audio publishing process, he has always loved writing, too, so the ambition to create a novel seemed like the natural next step.

Joining us at Audible Studios is radio presenter, psychologist and journalist Claudia Hammond. She was born in Bedfordshire and began radio presenting at the age of 14 with a request programme on Hospital Radio Bedford. Hammond attended Sussex University and studied applied psychology, and then Surrey University to study for an Msc in health psychology. After university, Hammond began lecturing in psychology and reporting for BBC Radio 5 Live.

In April 2019, Stokes was named in the England's squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup, and after a sensational win was declared Man of the Match, an accolade he has been awarded many times before, such as a record-breaking three times within fourteen games in 2017. The World Cup win, alongside the 2019 Ashes, has been brought to life in On Fire: My Story of an Unbelievable Summer for English Cricket, Stokes’ newest book.

Joining us at Audible Studios is award winning comedian, presenter, actor and author Russell Kane, who has just released his book, The Son of a Silverback. Kane was born in London and was brought up in Essex. He initially worked as an advertising copywriter but went on to pursue a career in comedy and in 2004 won the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year. In August 2006 Kane performed his debut comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe, entitled The Theory of Pretension. He has hosted Big Brother's Big Mouth as well as a show on Q Radio.

Joining us at Audible Studios is British journalist and author Sarah Sands. She has recently written and narrated the introduction to the book Today: A History of Our World Through 60 Years of Conversations & Controversies, which is what we talk to her about in this interview, as well as what her job involves as Today editor, the words of caution that were given to her when she started the job and the sort of feedback (read ‘polite complaints') that get written in to the show.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Jess Phillips, Labour MP of Birmingham Yardley since 2015. Phillips grew up in a politcally active household, which was a platform into her own political career. Phillips' next book, Truth to Power, is set to inspire you to speak truth and give you the tools and courage you need to do so. We will be speaking to Phillips about her new book, her political career and her love of truth!

Joining us at Audible Studios is best-selling author Lucy Dawson, who has just released her 10th novel, Don't Ever Tell. Lucy gained a degree in psychology from the University of Warwick, and went on to work as a journalist, interviewing the likes of Steps, S Club 7 and Britney Spears, and has previously worked as an editor of a children's magazine. Deciding that her degree wasn't being put to much use, Dawson decided to give psychological suspense a go and has never looked back.

Joining us at Audible Studios is British-Irish television and radio presenter Dermot O'Leary. Recently, O'Leary has published the third in his children's books series Toto the Ninja Cat and the Superstar Catastrophe as well as beginning a podcast for Audible Originals, called People Just People, in which he interviews guests he admires to find out how they got to where they are in life.

Joining us at Audible Studios are Sophie Ellis and Darrell Brown, two television producers who have combined forces to bring us podcast Body of Proof. Sophie and Darrell both create factual television, working on programmes aired by the most prominent terrestrial broadcasters. They have worked together over the past two years to create a true crime podcast that will leave you questioning your faith in our justice systems.
