Separated into the Lower, Middle, and Upper Rings, the top lives the life of luxury while the Lower Ring toils in squalor.

Sebastian is a doctor, and after visiting several wards, he comes across the coma ward and an idea strikes him. An idea that might very well change the lives of many coma victims.
