  • Summary

  • In this episode of Frankly Speaking with Lynne Franks & Friends, Lynne is joined by her friend the organic beauty brand founder, natural foods activist and author, Jo Wood.

Listen to Lynne and Jo discuss their shared opinions that women are now urgently needed to come together and move into their collaborative power as change makers, wisdom keepers and healers.

Married for many years to the Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood, Jo started her career as a model at 16. After many years touring the world with the Stones and living a rock and roll lifestyle, she eventually started on a personal journey to better her health after being misdiagnosed with Crohn's disease. Jo and Lynne agree on the importance of growing our own organic food, and women coming together in community to lead the way into healthy eating and natural living.

Following the interview this week's exercise is to research how to plant organic seeds in your home or community.
