• Ep 156: The Fastest Way Moms Can Stop Yelling (It’s Not About the Kids)
    Aug 22 2025

    Send us a text

Are you tired of feeling like your kids are the reason you lose control? Here’s the truth: your yelling isn’t about the tantrums, the morning rush, or even the lack of support at home. The real cause lies in the patterns you’ve been carrying since your own childhood.

In this episode, I’ll show you the fastest way to break the cycle:

Step 1: Heal the childhood patterns showing up in your parenting.
Step 2: Rewire the automatic habits of yelling, stressing, and snapping.

When you stop focusing on “fixing” your kids and start working on yourself, everything changes—the atmosphere in your home, the way your kids listen, and the calm you finally feel inside.

  • Ep 155: “I Had a Happy Childhood—So Why Was I So Angry?” Martina’s Story of Breaking the Cycle
    Jul 25 2025

    Send us a text

Martina is a loving mom of three, living abroad with no support network.
She had a “happy childhood.” A caring mom. No big trauma.
So why did she keep yelling at her kids?
Why did every small mess trigger a screaming match?
And why couldn’t she stop—even though she hated how it felt?

In this episode, Martina shares how things spiraled from gentle parenting intentions… to guilt, burnout, and near-daily explosions.
She tried the parenting scripts. The podcasts. The logic. Nothing stuck.

    In her words:
“I thought I needed more patience. But I needed to heal what was buried underneath.” In this conversation, we explore:

    • Why moms with “no trauma” still snap—and what’s really going on
    • The invisible pain of not feeling good enough, even with a good upbringing
    • How she stopped yelling at her kids—and made peace with her own mom, too
    • What changed when she found tools that actually rewired her stress response

Her joy is real. Her story is powerful.
And her message is clear: You don’t need to suffer just because life is loud.

Listen or watch now—and share this with a mom who thinks she “should have it together by now.

  • Ep 153: “I’m Not Healed Enough to Help Others”: Healing the Inner Critic and Leading Anyway
    Jun 27 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I’m speaking to the mom who’s also a teacher, therapist, coach—or simply someone who feels called to help others—but is still struggling with yelling, burnout, or self-doubt at home.

You know what to do. You’ve done the healing work.
But there’s still that voice that whispers:

    “You’re not ready.”
“Who are you to help anyone?”
“You’re still messing it up at home…”

    I’ve been there too.

    In this episode, I share:

    • My own story of pivoting from corporate coaching to healing work while still in the mess
    • Why your imperfection is actually what qualifies you to lead
    • How to stop letting the judge in your head run your life
    • The mindset shift that changed everything for me—and my clients
    • And why progress, not perfection, is the new leadership

You don’t have to be “done” to start helping. You just have to be a few steps ahead.
This is your permission to rise anyway.

  • Ep 152: Wouldn’t It Be Fun If…? How to Stop Pushing and Start Feeling Pulled
    Jun 20 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I share something personal: what happened when I committed to writing my book… and then immediately felt the weight of it.

This isn’t just about writing. It’s about that moment when a dream lights you up—then resistance pulls you down.
    You start asking:

“Do I really have time for this?”
    “What if I fail?”
“Who do I think I am?”

    Sound familiar?

Whether it’s healing, parenting, or chasing a deeper purpose, we all hit that wall. And in this episode, I show you what helped me shift—not by pushing harder, but by reconnecting with vision, identity, and joy.

    You'll hear:

    • Why most moms lose momentum (and how to get it back)
    • How to create a “moonshot” goal that pulls you forward
    • Why micro-habits matter more than willpower
    • What I learned from a client who almost gave up—and didn’t

Plus, I’ll share the bigger mission I’m building, and how you’re already part of it.

Let’s dream bigger—without burning out. Listen now and then message me: What’s your moonshot?

    Jun 13 2025

    Send us a text

In this raw and emotional episode, Ruby — now part of my team — shares the truth behind her burnout, hidden guilt, and silent implosions as a mother. Unlike many Zen Supermom clients, Ruby didn’t explode at her kids — she disappeared. Emotionally checked out, exhausted, and stuck in chronic people-pleasing, she thought this was just who she was.

    Until she realized it wasn’t.

Join us as she talks about what changed, how she rewired deep-rooted patterns from childhood, and how her healing gave her kids a safer, more connected version of her — and gave her back herself.

  • Ep 150: Why Gentle Parenting Triggers You: The Generational Trauma No One Talks About
    Jun 6 2025

    Send us a text

Are you exhausted from trying gentle parenting techniques that just don't stick? If you've read all the books, learned the scripts, but still find yourself yelling at your kids when you're stressed or running late, this episode is for you.

In this raw and honest conversation, I break down the 3 most common reasons why gentle parenting fails - and spoiler alert: it has nothing to do with your kids or needing better techniques.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • Why you can't execute gentle parenting scripts when you're triggered (and what to focus on instead)
    • The difference between healthy boundaries and punishment - and why most of us never learned this
    • How generational trauma shows up in your parenting moments and keeps you stuck in old patterns
    • Why healing your own childhood wounds is the key to becoming the calm, grounded parent you want to be

This episode is perfect for you if:

    • You believe in connection-based parenting but struggle to stay calm when your kids push your buttons
    • You find yourself turning into your own parents when stressed, even though you swore you'd do things differently
    • You're tired of feeling guilty about yelling and want to break the cycle for good

Remember: You're an amazing mom. It's not your fault that gentle parenting hasn't worked yet - you just need to start in the right place. And that place is YOU.

Ready to heal your generational trauma and become the parent you've always wanted to be? This episode will show you exactly where to start.

  • Ep 149: "My Daughter Stopped Hearing Voices: How Healing My Childhood Wounds Freed Her Spirit"
    May 30 2025

    Send us a text

In this deeply moving interview, Jeanette shares one of the most powerful transformation stories I've ever witnessed - how healing her own childhood wounds completely freed her 7-year-old daughter's spirit in just three months.

As a Mexican expatriate mom living in the Netherlands with no support system, Jeanette was trapped in an overwhelming cycle. Her daughter had begun hearing "voices" that told her not to trust her mom, to fight her brother, and that she was "silly" - the exact same critical voices Jeanette had heard as a child growing up as the third of four children with little attention and no emotional support.

The little girl had become the classic "good girl" - quiet, compliant, always focusing on what was wrong instead of finding joy. She was unconsciously repeating the same wounded patterns her mother had learned.

Despite trying psychologists, parenting courses, and religious guidance, nothing created lasting change until Jeanette discovered the connection between her childhood wounds and her daughter's suffering.

In this raw, honest conversation, Jeanette reveals:

    • How growing up as the third of four children with no emotional support created patterns she was unconsciously repeating
    • The specific brain exercises that helped her regain control of her emotions in just one week
    • How her transformation affected not just her parenting, but her work relationships and life decisions
    • The moment she realized her "good girl" daughter was repeating generational patterns
    • Her brave decision to pursue divorce and create a healthier future for her children

What makes this episode particularly powerful is witnessing Jeanette's courage - someone who usually "sits in the back" stepping forward to share her story publicly for the first time.

If you're feeling trapped by your circumstances, overwhelmed by your emotions, or wondering if real change is possible - Jeanette's story proves that healing can happen faster than you think, and that courage can emerge from the most difficult situations.
