Hey heathens! We survived yet another rapture. I wonder how many times they're going to change the date this time.

(p.s. I called the Julian calendar the Jubilee calendar because I couldn't remember the name but I still like Jubilee better. Makes for a more festive rapture, ya know?)

Anyways, I have moved and it's (you guessed it) to fucking Florida. I grew up here so I get to say that. This week, we talk about the move and my journey with getting birth control. I didn't edit it... I'm not sorry.

All jokes aside, this week's episode is all about discipline being the guiding force on my road to 32 (being that I turn 32 in two months... wild). Because discipline and creating habits/routines are such a nuanced subject, this is about how I view it as the highest form of self-care.
