Wild Foodie Fun with Flavour Fred

  • Summary

  • Welcome to the Stupid Hearts Club! The Club for everyone with a Stupid Heart

    -------------------

    Darlings!

I am so excited to release this episode of Stupid Hearts Club, which I made with easily the most intensely informed man I have ever gone deep into the woods with. George Fredenham also know as Flavour Fred (find him on Insta) is an absolute goldmine of knowledge on mushrooms, wild food, foraging and the history and mythology of a world of flavours that blows my mind every time we talk. He's also a straight up dude, and great company. This episode sees us go from being a bit pissed at lunch, to chilled at my gaff and then magically appearing in a cold but beautiful forest glade. You are going to love Fred, and you are going to be hearing more from us both.

PS - A bonus full length version of the Forest Walk audio from the end of this ep, will be posted on Patreon as exclusive content early next week. Don't miss it, come in and sample some of my other members only delights.

    Much love and Mushrooms

    Uncle Nico
