What do retrograde planets mean in my birth chart?

  • Summary

  • Welcome to another episode of Astrology Investigates - the second series from your Astrology Aunties Christina Rodenbeck and Sally Kirkman alongside their regular monthly astrology updates, Astrology Talk.

In Astrology Investigates Christina and Sally turn detective and use their astrological lens to investigate a new topic each month by answering a question.

This month’s question is ‘what do retrograde planets mean in my birth chart?’

When it comes to birth charts, nearly everyone will have at least one planet in retrograde—it is a pretty common cosmic occurrence. Most people have heard of ‘Mercury Retrograde,’ and associate it to when things are going very wrong! Well actually, retrograde planets are often mistakenly believed to be weaker or functioning improperly; when in fact, they may be more potent or intense, acting on a more internal level. So what should we do in that case?

And what about the other planets? What impact do those have and what does it mean in terms of how we should react and behave?

    Tune in and find out!
