Federico Drei is the founder and team manager of SnapFIT Tech, a company that creates and builds hardware solutions for a remote world.  His products are perfect for a remote work world. We had a great chat about music, of course, as well as what it’s like trying to keep up with the hardware needs to a rapidly evolving planet. 

Christophe Vandeputte is a mindset engineer that helps his clients transform their lives. After receiving a masters of science degree in bioscience engineering, he traveled extensively and realized he wanted to work on the inner sciences of the psychology and physiology of entrepreneurs. He now challenges his clients to speed up by slowing down, which we discuss during our conversation. 

Carl Pullein is a renowned productivity and time management coach who has helped thousands of people around the world get better at managing their time and become more productive using technology they carry around with them everyday. He’s written a number of books and is very active as a writer and podcaster discussing best productivity practices. He’s also a fan of trance music and EDM festivals, as you’ll hear about during our talk.

Morgan Balvage is the creator of Splendid Yoga. After working in a high-stress corporate career that encompassed banking, PR, and logistics, she decided to take the productivity skills she acquired and apply them to building her own mindfulness business. Her courses include the Mindful Productivity Project, and she helps clients put their careers and lives into perspective through her numerous online offerings, including yoga, meditation, and breathwork courses, and her Splendid Yoga podcast. 

Todd Henry is an arms dealer for the creative revolution. The author and speaker is an expert on creativity and productivity, helping people and teams generate brilliant ideas. His first book, The Accidental Creative, was born out of the podcast of the same name, which he began in 2005. We also discuss his latest book, Herding Tigers: Be the Leader That Creative People Need, where Todd overturns misconceptions about creative people. His minimalist soundtrack makes for a beautiful departure from many of the high-energy Flow State-inducing soundtracks we feature every week. 

Angela Howard is an organizational psychologist, culture strategist, and social entrepreneur working to build human-centric workplaces, better leaders and thriving communities alongside growth minded leaders. Her mission is to create more human-centric workplaces that send happier and more fulfilled humans home to further enrich their communities and society. Mohit Mamoria is the co-founder and CEO of Mailman, an email management software that minimizes interruptions and increases productivity. Mohit is a “serial maker” who launched his first company at age 18.
