We Will Manage this podcast – The Trailer

  • Summary

  • Ever felt like you’re just figuring it all out as you go when it comes to work? Same here.

We Will Manage is a podcast hosted by two friends-turned-professionals trying to navigate the unpredictable, often hilarious, sometimes soul-searching world of work. Meet your hosts: Alba Harden, a branding specialist and business owner with a few too many projects on the go, and Saoirse McConnell, a material engineer and innovation manager who thrives on a good to-do list.

We grew up together in a tiny village in Spain but took very different paths into the world of work. Through countless long-distance voice notes and deep-dive conversations, we realized something: everyone is faking it a little. So we created this podcast to build an honest, supportive, and slightly chaotic community around the reality of working life.

    Expect:

    • Stories from our own messy careers
    • Chats about burnout, office politics, creativity, ambition, and imposter syndrome
    • Unfiltered insights from guests across industries—startups, science, branding, tech, and more
    • Actionable advice (minus the corporate jargon)
    • And reassurance that nobody has it all figured out. Not us. Not your boss. Not even Bezos.

Whether you’re just starting out or managing a whole team, We Will Manage is your weekly reminder that you’re not alone.

    • New episodes drop weekly starting May 1st.
