    Struggling with Mothers Day

With this episode I intend to create some much needed awareness and conversations around when individuals struggle with Mother’s Day (MD)

Whilst MD can be a beautiful ‘hallmark day’ for many, it is also “triggering as chuff” for others for a variety of different reasons.

    In this episode I:

    • Provide examples as to why MD can be challenging for some.

    • Acknowledge that it is okay for you not to feel okay.

    • Share the origins of MD in the UK

    • Provide some ways in which you can support yourself and each other through this period.

    • As always I share some of my personal experiences too.

    Have a beautiful day.

  • 🎁60 Affirmations to support you through the Festive Season🎄
    Dec 1 2024

🎁Here is a little gift from me to you! 🎁

Christmas can be an overwhelming time of year for so many different reasons. Black Friday is here so I will focus on the consumerism! Each year it seems like there are more and more marketing messages thrown at us from retailers and influencers. I have even received WhatsApp's this year!

I have noticed this invasion of marketing and influencing has really impacted my nervous system and on occasions tricked me into spending more time on social media....blooming cookies! I know I will not be alone in this so I have created 60 affirmations to support you in re-centring yourself from all of the noise.

You can choose how you listen to these affirmations, whoever feels right for you. Here are some suggestions.

    • lay down and close your eyes...you can even fall asleep

    • make a brew and get comfy

    • focus on what you can see out the window - clouds, birds, trees, your washing line!

    • in the bath (maybe with a face mask)

    • whilst taking a walk

    • whilst cooking tea

    • whilst cleaning

    • whilst doing your work out at the gym

It is no secret that I love working with the lymphatic system. I believe that building a relationship with your lymphatic system is the most powerful place to start when it comes to improving your health & wellbeing.

It is the most important, but sadly the most neglected system in the body when it comes to successfully addressing pain, disease and inflammation. I hope that this podcast episode helps to spread and raise love for and information about this fabulous healing tool which we all carry within us!

In this episode I explain what the lymphatic system is, how it works and what it needs to work well.

  • Ep#7: Changing the narrative on GOSSIP
    Mar 6 2024

This episode is focusing on GOSSIP! After finding myself intrigued by the negativity associated with the word along with its association to women, I set out to discover more about its origins.

In the episode I share with you what I found out about the patriarchy creating this ‘negative’ term from what were wonderful, loving and supportive origins, of women supporting women.

I get super passionate here and share how I feel it is important that we reclaim the word gossip and redefine it back to its roots. #gossipforgood

I very much welcome connection - discussion - thoughts - feelings on this episode and topic! I feel there is so much more still to be said!

    Thanks for listening/watching.
