    Bipolar disorder is a mental illness affecting over 20 million people in the United States alone. Women have this disorder more often than men.

    Bipolar disorder causes severe mood swings of manic or hyper maniac and depressive episodes. It is however commonly misunderstood mental disorder and under diagnosed. It is important to be able to identify the signs of bipolarism and know how to help the individual. Let’s tune in to get sneak peak to the life of a bipolar person. 

    The host Eva Lewis talks about own experiences of living with bipolar disorder and battling with this disorder for a very long time. She aims to break down the stigma around the condition by raising awareness.
