With teeth like icicles and breath like a winter storm, Gefroren the Ancient White Dragon tears away at what is left of Artis, the Great Ice Spirit of the North. Artis’ final hour is at hand. As he barely clings onto life, so does Mak. The Misfit 7 rush to save Artis, and through saving him save Mak. But will they be able to help their dying friend? And will she still be the same once this adventure is done?

After leaving the Slipstream, the Misfit 7 find themselves arriving on the cold northern island of Reseah, home of Artis, the Great Ice Spirit of the North. The icy climate underlies the pain that slowly eats away at Mak. Mak can feel her time is coming to a close. Led by Marmalade through the snowy tundra, the party heads closer to the creature that is attacking Artis: an ancient white dragon.

Docked in Brant Bay, the Glass Jack stands at the ready, prepared to ferry the Misfit 7 to the large island nation of Reseah, home of Artis, the Great Ice Spirit of the North. The anchor raises and the sails unfurl as the party sets sail for a new adventure. However, they leave behind more than just the metropolis of Furg as the venture out to sea. And little do they know that their trip will take them far below the dark ocean waves.
