When I did I discovered it was a number to speak to an AI who was mimicking a customer service representative for a business. I was very impressed with how realistic and effective it was compared to a real human being so I decided to call the number back and record the conversation to share it with you in today’s episode of my podcast. This is the type of thing you will be using in your business sooner or later. I mean if you can build an AI to be able to accurately respond like you do, whether it’s talking to people in the DM’s or sending email to clients + prospects then why would you do it yourself or hire someone to do it?

Thursday last week I boarded a 6am flight from Melbourne to Sydney. My seat was in a row of 3 on the window and when I found my seat 7A, there was a man already seated in the middle seat. I put my bag in the overhead lockers and politely said with a smile “Sorry mate, I’m on the window” He got up and made space for me to get to my seat and I sat down. As I sat down and put on my seatbelt, he sat back down next to me and I asked him “Are you from Melbourne or Sydney?”

He replied “Melbourne” Then I asked what he was heading to Sydney for and he said work. The conversation continued and after about 15 minutes, I had a new client. In today’s episode I share the strategy on how to get clients by just saying hello to strangers as you go about your normal day.

So you’ve had someone message you asking for more info about your program? Great job! So what do you do? Send them your Calendly link to book a call? Send them a pile of messages telling them how good your program is and all the details? This is what most coaches do and it’s a huge mistake that generally will lead to you getting all those typical objections… “Sounds amazing but I don’t have the money” “Let me think about it” “GHOST” You should never give info about your program until your first know that you can help the person, that you want to help them and they have the money. I’ve been doing breathwork for about 6 years and meditating for about 10 years so obviously I’m a big believer in its effects on releasing stress and helping us achieve a peak state of mind + energy. It’s a 20 minute exercise to release negative thoughts, feelings and energy plus helps you connect to your goals, vision and elevates your mood so you can tackle the work day.
