    So I took a break from growth this week and overall I've been moody and critical as a result. Had to reframe and refresh and break out of that negative cycle. I don't have to let someone else's hatefulness be my business. I can choose to look closer and see more beauty and rid myself of the rest. Besides, me not agreeing with someone else's ideas, never changed their mind. Never. So back to the business of minding my business and when I say that I mean back to focusing on my actions, my growth, my heart and how I can be a better version of ME.
