  • John started his professional live in Critical Care Medicine as a PA (physician assistant) and worked real hard in the medical world doing cool stuff like simulation, podcast, started a residency program and many more but ultimately got bit by the entrepreneur bug and wanted to do all that innovating for himself and jumped into real estate.

    He started his wholesale company as an solopreneur in 2020 during COVID with his full time medical job and grew it into a successful small business at step 1. They branched out into commercial buildings and other projects. They have a diversified portfolio and have continued to grow their wholesale business.
