Back in 2022, David Ashley and Rachel Harkin (with sound and visual engineer, Greg Morris), went on a mission around the UK to meet and talk to some of the ILG community steering group. We had some fascinating conversations with PA employers keen to impart their stories and explain why employing PAs has worked for them despite the many challenges faced along the way. Sato employed a team of PAs to support her late husband Lawrence who had a Personal Health Budget from the NHS. She lives in Southwest London. Sato has been an influential member of the ILG Community Steering group since its inception, despite playing down her involvement at any given opportunity!
