Today marks a special episode as we honour Women in Construction and International Women's Day. Joining us are two remarkable women from Gleeson: Alice Best, our Head of Organisational Development, and Sarah Rochelle, our Senior Ecologist. They are here to celebrate and advocate for women in the construction industry, sharing their experiences in a predominantly male environment.

This year's Women in Construction theme, 'Keys to the Future', highlights the strength and expertise of women, emphasising their pivotal role in shaping the construction industry's future. Additionally, as International Women's Day coincides with Women in Construction week, we will delve into the 2024 campaign theme, ‘Inspire Inclusion’.
