Closed Loop Arrangements are happening all over, and the various pharmacy regulators are cracking down.  What is a closed loop arrangement? And what are the methods for making sure you aren't in one? 

The Seven Deadly Sins of Compounding - these are the seven most frequent complaints against compounders being investigated by the relevant regulators.

If you aren't a catholic or haven't seen the movie Seven, they are Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy and Pride. 

We attribute each complaint to one of these sins.  Full disclosure, we had to shoehorn one in to make the whole thing fit the theme, but i think we matched them up quite well otherwise.
