    This episode’s about how the decisions you make stack up over time, how they quietly build the life you end up living. You’re born looking like your parents, but you die looking like your decisions. Everything about where you are and who you are comes back to that.

    If you can overthink all the reasons why something won’t work, you can overthink why it can. The future you want doesn’t just show up, it’s built from the choices you make right now.

I share a story about one of my clients who went after a massive goal, one that forced him to change who he was in order to reach it. Because if you don’t change, you’ll never get there. And even if you do, you won’t be able to sustain it.

    We get into the deeper side of growth: how fear never really goes away, how the people who chase big dreams don’t wait for confidence, they act despite the fear, and how that process rewires your identity.

    I talk about the Japanese concept of Misogi, which means creating a year-defining challenge, something so big it demands you become someone new.

    This conversation is for anyone who’s been playing small, waiting for the right moment, or talking about the thing they want to do instead of doing it. Because at some point, you have to get off the sidelines, step into the arena, and see who you become on the other side.

I talk about how exercise impacts skeletal muscle, why muscle mass matters for burning calories, and how both cardio and resistance training bring their own benefits on the metabolic side.

    I also get into how often you should train to make progress and why it helps to reframe the way you look at exercise frequency. Instead of an all or nothing mindset, I talk about looking at how many times you train across a month and building something that is adaptable and sustainable for your schedule.
