    In this blog we are going to look at the importance of ‘Raising our vibration’, what does it mean and why is it so key to creating a positive and happy life.

    Firstly we have to remember that ‘Our Energy Shapes our Reality”

    Everything is energy, including your thoughts, emotions, and intentions. When we vibrate at a higher frequency (love, gratitude, joy), we naturally attract experiences, people, and opportunities that match that energy. Low vibrations (fear, anger, resentment) draw in more of the same. Raising our vibration is like tuning our inner radio to a station that plays uplifting, beautiful music instead of static.
